The Sport and Recreation industry has expanded rapidly over the past decade in response to an increased public desire for healthier lifestyles and improved facilities. This inevitably has lead to an increase in career opportunities available to students completing relevant courses at Grantham College.

The College boasts an impressive range of sports and recreational facilities and is the current venue for the British Colleges' 5-a-side football and basketball tournaments. It also runs a wide variety of student sports teams which regularly compete against other local teams.
